The brief
Farmers needed one place to manage their land, suppliers and irrigation, fed by live weather and field sensors, and alerts that reach them even away from a screen.
What I built
- React interfaces for user management, supplier management and farm and land tracking.
- Supporting features in the React Native mobile app.
- JWT authentication and a REST API for sensor and ground data, stored in MySQL.
- Weather from OpenWeatherMap and Open-Meteo, satellite indices (NDVI, NDWI) on Leaflet maps.
- SMS alerts through WinSMS, plus scheduled email reports with cron jobs.
Stack
React, React Native, Node.js, MySQL, Leaflet
